our love story

All thanks to Victoria’s match making skills, Taylor and Joe fell in love over a weekend of sunshine, dancing, and country music. Sharing sneaky glances, small conversation and their love for people watching, Joe and Taylor had a slow burn that lead them right into the best concert they will ever share. Taylor reached for Joes arm so she wouldn’t get lost in the crowd – Joe reached back and the rest was history, they danced the night away to Tim McGraw and that was the start of the best part of their lives.

We want you to feel comfortable and classy - think country chic!
Ladies break out your sundresses, cowboy boots and accessories, no stiff or uncomfortable dresses welcomed!
Gentlemen, your finest denim, button down, dinner jacket and tie are welcomed - oh and don't forget your boots and hat!
Come ready to look and feel amazing, and dance all night long!

There will be ample parking available on-site, a clearly marked parking lot for guest parking, if this becomes full you are able to park on the laneway leading up to the venue. If you plan on celebrating with us fully (we really hope you do!), we highly recommend arranging a safe ride home.
You may leave your cars parked at Ivy Ridge over night in order to have a safe ride home. Cars must be removed by no later then 10am.

we want everyone to feel comfortable and included. The venue is wheelchair accessible and we are happy to accommodate any specific needs where we can. Although the distance is short we have golf carts to assist you from the ceremony space to the reception area.

Your presence at our wedding truly means the world to us - there is no better gift. If you do wish to celebrate with a gift, we've created a registry for convenience and we also warmly welcome cash contributions as we build our life together. We will have a designated safe place for you to place anything you choose to contribute to our day!

We want everyone to enjoy the food and feel taken care of! Our catering is able to accommodate allergies! When you RSVP you will see a comment section to indicate food allergies.

We have carefully planned our guest list to create the intimate and meaningful gathering we want for our wedding. Invitations will indicate if a plus one is included. While we love your little ones, our event will have limited children, those invited will be specified on your RSVP cards.

We have a promotion code available for your convenience. Details and booking info can be found here where to stay. A shuttle service will be available to and from the venue to make the night easy and stress free - pickup time will be schedule for 3:15pm return trips will be scheduled for 11:30pm & 12:30pm. The bus can hold 46 passengers. Please contact Bride & Groom if you intend on using the bus.
Here is how our wonderful day will unfold!
Ceremony: 4:00PM late-comers will be deferred as to not interrupt the ceremony
Cocktail hour: 4:30-6:00PM
Reception: 6:00PM to 9:00PM
Late Night Fun: 9:00PM to Midnight

We have hired an amazing team of photographers and videographers to capture every moment, we kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony (and other big moments, think speeches and dances!). Be present with us- we promise to share all the beautiful photos later.

Yes! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to share and celebrate - make sure you tag us! We want to see all your moments!

We will have clearly reserved seating for some of our most important people, please be mindful to not occupy their chair, kindly pick a seat, not a side, we are all here for both the groom and the bride!
